At LAVNEX, we prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the conditions below for returns, exchanges, and quality-related issues.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please note that quality-related issues (damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items) must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition, unused and unworn.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Be accompanied by a proof of purchase or order number.
Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, signs of wear, or reasons such as change of mind, incorrect color choice, or personal preference.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@lavnex.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending back your product. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. For approved quality-related issues, we cover replacement or refund costs as outlined in this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video proof at info@lavnex.com. After verification, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@lavnex.com.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest option is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order. Quality-related replacements are sent free of charge when applicable.
Warranty
All LAVNEX products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
